I pride myself on providing programs that are unique to each individual. The programs are designed thru a detailed questionnaire and according to the answers that you provide. I will personally sit down with you face to face or if you prefer by email to review your personal needs. To achieve positive results, programs are personalized according to the goals of the individual. Not everyone wants to have a bodybuilder’s physic; some are more interested in simply losing weight, adjusting their eating habits to a better-balanced nutritional program. The plans are designed with your personal goals, exercise, dieting history, lifestyle, and preferences in mind. I can tweak and change your program according to your progress and make sure you are moving through any plateaus and continually progressing in the right direction.
You will receive a 7-day detailed menu plan according to the foods that you like as well as nutritional guidelines. Your workout program is tailored to your goals as well as your level of experience.
