I am 47 years old, employed fulltime as an Executive Assistant and a fulltime mom of a 7-year-old boy named Tyler…the apple of my eye.

   My very enthusiastic husband, Steve Constantine, an amateur bodybuilder and personal trainer, created my website out of complete admiration.    So the story goes…and I will try to make it brief as it spans over a number of years.

   It all began years ago one summer day at the beach, when a close friend of mine noticed that I was looking thinner than normal. Her comment was “you look thin but you are all flab”. In her honesty, she told me, that I was skinny but full of fat! 

   I had never worked out before. I was in my late twenties and although I was never considered overweight, I was not fit. I joined my first gym at 30 years old and on my own started to change the look of my body. I think from there, my obsession began. I started out with simple circuit training and cardio and saw small results rather quickly. My body was making its way to a more firm and sculpted look. About six months later, I had joined a much larger gym and had a desire to start lifting weights. Scary as it seems, I stepped over to the other side (the free weight room) and started weight lifting. I had no clue what I was doing and signed up for one free lesson with a personal trainer. Shortly after that, I was lucky enough to have a male friend of mine offer to help me with my workouts. I quickly became addicted to the sport. Within one year, I had changed my physic to a muscular, lean, and athletic appearance. I was in good health and great shape.
